Over the past four years, I have contributed to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure/building projects across Ontario, supporting multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design and construction. My role has consistently emphasized scheduling, change order management, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and cost control, while upholding rigorous safety and quality standards.

• Ontario Line Advanced Utility Works/Temporary TTC Bus Loop/TTC subway station modification/Park Relocation ($3-4B, Progressive Design-Build): Led the relocation of major transmission watermains and stormwater systems to enable future elevated guideway construction, modified the existing subway station to prepare for station expansion, constructed a new Bus Loop to accommodate passengers using the modified station, and moved a park to enable construction of new station. Oversaw road widening and utility coordination at a high-traffic Toronto intersection, managing schedule updates and constraints, stakeholder interfaces, managed claims and change management, and prepared monthly payment certificates, accruals, forecasts, and risk registers. Evaluated and selected subcontractors crucial for the success of the project. Prepared, evaluated, and negotiated subcontracts.
• Hwy 418 & Hwy 401 MTO Maintenance Patrol Yard ($28.2M, Design-Build): Oversaw the design and construction of a full-service patrol yard facility, including heated and unheated structures, fueling stations, stormwater management systems, and site services. Played a key role in communication with the client and subcontractors, prepared and negotiated change orders and claims, led cost forecasting, schedule development and updating, and risk management across multiple disciplines, contributed to major cost savings through value engineering, monitored and couched junior staff (project coordinators, safety officers, quality control personnel).
• Region of Waterloo Airport Expansion ($39.7M): Directed excavation, utility installation, roadworks/taxiways/runways for terminal expansion, and coordination of wayfinding signs installation. Ensured safety and schedule compliance through effective risk management and stakeholder coordination, required a high level of coordination with stakeholders and innovative workarounds due to major constraints working in an active airport environment.
• 42 Mill St. Condo & Road Reconstruction ($82.5M): Oversaw retaining wall construction, underground service connections, and full road reconstruction. Managed change orders and technical challenges while maintaining cost control and quality standards. Developed and updated project schedule, main point of contact for client communications, resolved technical hurdles in a timely manner to ensure seamless progression of work and avoid standbys on site.

I have supervised civil construction on multi-billion-dollar oil and gas projects across Oman and the UAE, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering technical solutions under demanding conditions. My focus has been on problem solving, dispute resolution, scheduling, and clear stakeholder communication.

• Duqm Refinery – DRPIC, Oman ($2B): Managed excavation, backfilling, and construction of control stations and substations across a 500,000 sq. ft. site. Ensured safety, quality, and timely reporting in a high-spec industrial zone.
• Salalah LPG – OGC, Oman ($600M): Oversaw civil works for LPG facilities, including foundations and ground improvement for cryogenic tanks. Resolved disputes and coordinated documentation to meet regulatory and project milestones.
• UZ-750 – ZADCO, UAE ($3.7B): Led civil and MEI works on offshore/island sites, including precast foundations, earthworks, and safety systems. Maintained schedule tracking and cross-discipline coordination.
